I spoken samsung they engineering said dishwasher fixed all he done walk in house open dishwasher press few buttons wait 10 min walk out rude aswell also samsung. Saying engineering came second which they didn't come at all!

Martin Dawes engineer came to assess damage to our Samsung TV, he was high handed, had a poor attitude, rude and annoyed he had been sent to the problem. He was booked for the afternoon but came very early in the morning.

I was a little skeptical after reading other reviews but my experience was excellent. Martin Dawes collected a faulty Samsung TV from me on Thursday and I called for an update on Saturday morning, they told me that the screen had been replaced and that it was ready to be delivered back to me. Phil was really helpful and allowed me to collect it from their Winsford depot the same day. Yes it takes them a while to answer the phone but I had a great experience overall and I wouldn?t hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

Tried to charge £20 for an ?estimate? of how much my Samsung repair would cost. £99 for a call out fee. Don?t get repaired here because you may as well buy a new TV.

Time waisters!!! Booked someone to repair my samsung washing mashine paid £99 waited 1 week no one turn ,call them they said sorry someone will come tomorrow never turn again call them cancelled my order still waiting for money back AVOID !!!!!

Waited in on 2 occasions for engineer to come and fix Samsung TV taking both days off work , both was cancelled on there behalf now hopefully 3rd time lucky with new appointment. List 2 days money Already would of been cheaper getting a new TV. What's the point of having warranty and insurance. Not happy

I phoned this bunch of ignoramuses as they are, according to Sony, the closest authorised Sony repair centre for myself. I have phoned multiple times on multiple days with zero response: you dial the number and it goes straight to an incredibly irritating tune. There is no ring tone or automated message indicating your are through to Martin Dawes, just instant third rate music.Reading the other (poor communication) reviews posted on Google, anyone would easily assume that this is a direct deterrent to push customers away - being on instant hold and having to listen to that damn tune, will make you put the phone down.Another deterrent seems to be the telephone number listed on Sony?s website for Winford Martin Dawes is not recognised, only a separate online search finds the number that is never answered.I?ll take my business elsewhere.

This company have taken my Samsung TV in for repair twice now and both times its come back after 2 weeks and still not working. Would not recommend this company. Unable to contact them either via phone or email

Absolutely impossible to contact, ignore emails, ignore live chat don't answer phones - over an 1h 20m on hold today and still no answer. Signed up to be "called back when I was at the front of the queue" yesterday but that didn't happen. No idea if I have an engineer booked, if there are any charges involved and how much they would be. Please can someone contact me ASAP!

Trying to contact this repair centre for a week. Calling them every day, sent an email as this is the place where Panasonic customer service sent me to investigate my TV issue. Zero contact with these people. No one is even eager to pick up the phone or respond to my email. This is absolutely unacceptable! Even Panasonic sent you 2 emails already to get in touch with me. Are guys waiting for my warranty to go out of date or what?! I expect the call or email from you. Otherwise I'm going to take it further.
