Absolutely shocking service from Amy the manager at Bodmin, Cornwall store! Rude, arrogant and took her mask off to tell me not to raise my voice at her after her attitude and lack of help resulted in raising of voice because she would not listen. I will never use this store again, it is a disgrace to your company and you should be ashamed at having a manager like this in your stores!

Visit today and the customer service was dreadful £300 ORDER dumped on the side in front of me and young girl said nothing walked away and sat down ! Left us standing there not knowing if that was all our order or not ! Didn't tell us about receipt or give us one didn't ask if we would like a bag nothing! Absolutely gob smacked! If this is how treatment will be my argos card will be cancelled and I will take my business els where ! Maybe there should be someone there with a little maturity!

Poor customer service. They're always stood around chatting and are annoyed when a customer approaches. Immature team of people, lacking leadership.

Although the item could not be returned due to lost packaging etc. And we travelled from Callington AMY from Bodmin was not polite and showed no compassion when she was told this was an 81 year old lady who had to drive that far just to be told rudely that it was policy ,expect no sympathy from Amy and no I do not recommend this store.
