“Edited post.My first visit for my eye test was not good waiting for over an hour to have a fitting, had to leave in the end for travel and anxiety reason.My original post was rather harsh, but the following week I had to travel to go dentist and thought I would pop in once again.A lady called Kate seen me and I aired my view and she took that onboard and apologized and reassured me that what happened shouldn't of occurred and was very polite about it and correct the matter for my, so for a fitting that should have taken a matter of 10 minutes in the first place did this time.So all in all this visit was a far more pleasant on and made me feel much more happy to leave a positive review.Thank you”

From the moment I entered boots opticians in Bodmin I was welcomed by very friendly staff, picking my frames is always challenging but the lady who helped me was so good, she actually spent so much time advising me on what would be good on my very petite features, something I have never experienced anywhere else and right upto picking my glasses up I was made to feel like the whole process was a very personal one.
