Compact store, cat items are in the first floor adjacent the Vets 4 Pets reception. This made it feel a little cramped.

Called before hand to check stock and employee was very helpful on phone. They said about paying online, which I appreciated.Parking was difficult to get close (not the stores fault)Then when I got there and parked. They seemed to be a bit slow in getting my reserved item. Not much communication to me "we are just going to get it. If you could stand aside. Won't be long" would have been prefered. Instead they asked my name and then I just stood around awaiting direction.

A medium sized Pets at Home with most of the things you need for pretty much any pet.They have vets on site and if your pet needs a visit, try to book in with Fiona. She's lovely and helpful.
