“Shopped here, in passing, a bunch of times now. Gotta love the pasties from this place. As you walk up you'd be forgiven for thinking that they couldn't stock much but it's like Aladdin's Cave; no wonder it's the Village Shop. Never needed to use the Post Office, but they have one!I'd add a picture of the shop but I only have ones of the Viaduct that goes over the train track.”

“ A community owned shop and post office providing a great range of local Cornish produce, as well as newspapers, and a good range of convenience store products. Also stocks lovely local artists works, jewellery, local crafts etc, great as gifts. Café run by volunteers is open most mornings with delicious home made cakes. Friendly service. Wonderful post office. ”

“Mostly friendly staff and a good range of products for a small village shop. Also sell newspapers and magazines and stationery, tools and compost, coal and logs. Post Office services are very useful. Can park outside shop at quieter times. ”
“I usually use a larger PO in Newquay or have daily collections but recently I’ve been using Lanivet PO and I’m really pleased with it. Staff are v helpful and kind. Parking available too. It’s lovely to see a village with a PO still open”
“The staff is police and always ready to answer your questions, never has a problem at all. I mainly use this sorting office 99.9% of the time.Excellent service.”
