Went in to visit the Grey Lurcher yesterday, what a lovely little shop! Great atmosphere with very helpful and chatty owner, the lady behind the counter really went the extra mile to help me with a gift purchase, would 100% recommend a visit if you’re nearby and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Cute store but customer service was terrible . Shop assistant rudely asked if we were going to buy something because she wanted to close in a minute ,25 minutes before closing time. Her attitude was shocking and prevented both of us to stop browsing even tho we were considering purchasing . Really bad business etiquette.
