I recently purchased a vehicle here and it was one of the least stressful car purchases ever. Steve provides a fantastic service. From start to finish I was at ease, he was able to accommodate both my children for a test drive by coming to my house to carry it out. The car came with a fresh bill of heath; service and MOT with no advisories. There was no hard selling. Really great service all round.

I feel it is ideal to give Flora Motors a positive review. Particularly Steve as he was a fantastic salesperson. So sorry we did not be able to forfil the needs with the finance company and the broker evolution funding. My experience was good, he looked out well for me to get the car ready for the road if it did go to plan.I don?t mean in anyway to be a nuisance I was just so hapless on the hook with the demands and demeaning behaviour of the finance company plus broker. I will advise constructively consider changing finance company as the one seemed to go hellishly downhill with excessive and unreasonable demands of proof from me, wageslip and P60 then self assessment I could not produce.Thank you and wish you the best Stephen. I mean, if I need a car in future I?ll still consider you and recommend you to family and friends etc.

Super service. Friendly staff, free hot drinks and toilets while you wait. Even had my car washed while it was serviced and MOT. Highly recommended, I was very pleased.

Can?t thank these guys enough. Was in a sticky situation, especially as I use my car for work. I had a flat tyre and lost the locking wheel nut key. Called them up and they were happy to have a look same day, locking wheel nuts off and new tyres same day. Great garage 10/10. Friendly staff too.

Very sorry for saying this...Very expensive service charges and parts ...and at this time hit my savings hard...I will be sourcing local small garage for my next service ...Ford need to look after their loyal customers better ... Overcharging isn't the answer...their is easier ways to make customers happy ...in this difficult financial time

My first experience dealing with these guys and I have to say Dan in the parts department is top notch! He's moved heaven and earth to help me out with getting parts organised at short notice. I'll definitely be a repeat customer as they're head and shoulders better than the other Ford "dealership" in Cornwall.

Popped in here today after visiting Portleven I had been having an issue with my radio and my local ford dealers back in the West Midlands we?re not very helpful at all and could not be bothered to sort it . I had the same issue as Neil Veale, except that my expensive repairs weren't successfull and I had to go to a specialist. Their fixed price servicing can be good value, but go elewhere to get work done.

June 10. Had problem with wipers and rear sensors not working on Fiesta. Despite a heavy workload, Andrew found a way of accommodating the work. Car dropped off at 08:30 and collected at 10:30 with work completed. Excellent customer service and approach. Daniel in service also very polite and helpful.
