“Normal excellent service, thorough examination and everything explained in plain English. Allowed plenty of time to choose frames and glasses ready on time. I wear varifocals and it only took a couple of days to get used to the new lenses, so very happy with them. Even more impressed when 3 weeks later I had a major mishap with the glasses, our Springer Spaniel decided to chew them. Took them to the store, didn't make an appointment and they put the lenses in new frames while I waited. Took less than an hour, so thank you for the excellent service.”
