Just wanted to give a shout out to Tegan who is assistant manager at the Launceston Superdrug store, who went completely out of her way to help me with an order and collect query as I?m not good with technology and unsure of how it all works, in her own time as well. She could have easily turned me away as it was out of shop hours. Give this girl a promotion! Impressed with such professionalism and dedication.

Nice place! The women who work there are really lovely and really friendly! I always feel welcomed! Plenty of options for hair color, shampoo, and all sort of stuff to put in hair.

Nice tidy store plenty of variety , many of the well known branded products. make up almost always on offers , great friendly staff but do wish they would stop pushing to sell there perfumes and aftershaves at the till it gets to the point where your reluctant to go buy just toothpaste as you know your gonna be bombarded with ?have you seen our offers or can I interest you in ? lay off the hard sell and more customers would come in for there small shop too !

Disappointed by my most recent experience at Superdrug Launceston, mainly by the staff (two members in particular). In the middle of a pandemic they decided the best thing they could possibly be doing was standing in front of the shelves, completely blocking the aisle, gossiping about Meghan Markle, one member in particular barely even considering to veil her racist bias. I understand we all have thoughts on the matter but the shop floor, in full earshot of customers, and forcing us to reach around you to get our goods at a time when social distancing is still most necessary, is not the time or place to be airing those thoughts. I found it unprofessional, disrespectful, tacky, and quite upsetting.

Waiting all morning with 2 others and no one showed up to open the store! Nothing on website, fb or in store to say they were not opening, a lady got a response on fb via message to say they had staffing issues! Surely the manager should have gone to open up that's what a manager is paid for... Did the store actually open in the end I wonder as still says open on website and closes at 3.30pm

Although this is a high street shop, the staff in here are great; really helpful, friendly and up to date knowledge with trends and products.

I wanted to say thank you to the young lady called Daniel who was so very helpful when I used this store recently. She was so polite and nothing was to much trouble while she spent time trying to help me find the right product for me.
