The potential to be so much more than it was, lovely setting and well maintained building.Great amount of free parking, shops on site for food and drinks, prices all average.Inside the store was just confusing! It is like a bad mix of b&m, Costco and a pound shop! Yes there is a great variety of items, I'm sure some will love it but ut just seemed like a huge collection of tat. The store is large, we walked around for over an hour and left with nothing, there was Xmas decorations, DIY stuff, motoring items then Also clothing, carpets and toys etc but really nothing to tempt myself (and I do love a good bargain shop)

What a massive mad shop!Brilliant. As far as I can see sells everything. I've been just this once. My mate is a local and uses lots. One of those places you go in for one thing and come out with several.Only reason not 5 stars is u was looking for a tent in end of season sale. Being end of season there was tiny stock and no sale, just a bit off £700 tent for having no pump. The site is great, there's loads there.

Called in here on a rainy afternoon. We enjoyed a good look round. Bought some microwaveable containers, a soup flask, some birthday cards, fridge magnets and some bathroom goods. We enjoyed our visit.

Such a random place to visit. But totally worth it, you can buy almost any thing you need in here, or stuff you never knew you wanted. Great tea rooms in the avery tea rooms..

Some great bargains and quality brands. Husband and I both bought clothing. Enjoyed walking on the trail alongside the river after shopping.

This guy made me drive 250 miles to visit Tragos and I'd drive 250 more. Loved it! The only thing they didn't have was a Trago sticker for my car.

This store has such a wide range of products we spent 2 hours there. Two floors of practically anything you can think of, from Arts and crafts, to technology to building supplies, toys, carpets etc.

Trago is a fabulous place to shop and I have been using it for fifty years BUT, recently I have been disgusted with the terrible state of the toilets! They actually stink so badly that it makes you feel sick! Toilets are black in the bottom and general cleanliness is appalling. The Aviary Tea Room is delightful and clean with great staff, but the Keg and Kettle restaurant leaves a great deal to be desired. I had a cottage pie which was Luke warm and my daughter had a small cooked breakfast. The only remaining egg was broken and dry, but was put on her plate anyway! When I commented that the egg was broken it was suggested by a member of staff that you had to break it to eat it so what was the problem! Sorry Trago, but you have let things slip A LOT and I wouldn?t recommend eating there or using the loo! Hope things improve soon because it is a wonderful shopping experience.

Such a huge store, loved it. Garden section and clothes section are huge. Lots of gift items which I loved. So good for a mooch. Can easily spend an hour or two in there. There were chickens and peacocks roaming around the carpark which was funny, lots of parking space in a quiet little nook just off the road.

Trago were very unhelpful today and would not consider my return.I understand there policies but come on we visit Looe twice yearly and I only wanted to swap to a bigger size .. didn?t want my money back. Was it because the price has gone up maybe? It?s difficult to return things when you love 300 miles away and only visit the area twice yearly.Obviously they do not want our custom even though we?ve spent over £1,000 over the last two years. Also I would like to mention the ladies toilets soap dispensers and homemade drip trays need attention they are a mess. And as for the mop bucket and brush - filthy ?Extremely disappointing and I will not be returning.

Was busy, it was a Saturday, there was also a monster truck ride going on in the bottom car park. Went in for a few things and some tools, didn't have what I wanted, the hammer or adjustable spanner wasn't there this week. Will try again. Did get a few bits though. Not to long in the que, friendly staff.

Trago is a place where you can always spend money! Lovely surroundings but watch out for the roaming chickens ?
