“I visited this gym whilst on holiday in the local area. I dropped into a couple of the nogi jiu jitsu sessions. I really enjoyed the training and the techniques taught by the instructor. The class participants were friendly and welcoming with no ego's on display.The price for the week was very fair. I will definitely visit again when I'm back in Cornwall.”

“Small and not much equipment but at least good quality machines and not extensive 6£ per session. Obviously membership is more cost effective but if you on holiday in Cornwall and need a few sessions that good enough.”

“I have recently joined this gym , and they have a monthly plan for over 60s at £25per monthly. Last may I had an open fracture on my left leg, a Yr later starting to improve. The classes here are amazing, a great choice aimed at over 50s at all levels. It has been great for my mental and physical health, and people are really friendly and very welcoming. It's been over 20 yrs since attending a gym ?️‍♀️ so classes have been great to get me back in step again. Loving rookie step and upper body tone ? over 50s work out spin and cycle. Tutors Rosie and nicky have been really fab and make it fun.Highly recommend this, place really enjoying time there, and nothing is too much trouble from professional trainers ?”
