I buy from the flip flip shop every year for my holidays, really good quality at a good price. They always arrive within a few days. I have never had a issues with any of my orders. I've been ordering of them for the last 5 years.

Ordered pair of flip flops in 3.7.23. They never arrived and I am still waiting for my refund over 2 months later. Customer service is atrocious and communication is non existent. Will be going to trading standards!

Shocking ?.the staff made an error with the size when ordered online and refused to send out correct pair after initial delivery . This cost money for refund postage. I highly recommend DON?T bother, use a reputable company not a tin pot company that claims to be professional.Living in the South West I try to support local however I am angered by the shocking customer service and attitude the staff take. 1 star is still too much.PLEASE USE ANOTHER SUPPLIER.

I marked this down as I ordered my flip flops and requested from the royal mail a delayed delivery by a week as I was away. They were delivered the next day and had to sit outside my house for a week. Very lucky they weren't stolen.
