I have been with lloyds all my life, fifty years plus with no problems up untill now. My local branch is Penzance. It has just been refurbished.It is now none bank environment,low open desks . No privacy over counter conversations. Worst and finally,sickly piped music , I am afraid I will have to find another bank.

Lloyds tsb blocked my business account for two weeks now and they don't tell me why. I am spending my time on the phone and the only answer I get is process delay. I went into the branch of Nuneaton and the branch manager called Paul asked me to go to the police which I did. The police came in but obviously they couldn't do anything. I rung fos but it is time consuming process. Lloyds is destroying my business and they don't care. They probably follow jew procedures and they leave you suffering because they are gods. We have to stop them. Get your money out of there now!

My local bank for many years, now housed within the famous Market House building, very little to moan about here! The layout inside the bank is good, fairly roomy, a cashpoint machine near the door on the left, a help desk near the door on your right, all the cashiers located down the left with a very easy to understand queuing system! Having been upstairs a few times to the specialist offices to discuss ISA's, mortgages, savings and so on, I have always found the staff very friendly and honest. It is not a hard sell, they talk to you in a helpful way, appear knowledgeable and interested in their respective subjects, and if you listen, they can make your money work for you. I have no problem in recommending Lloyds TSB in general and this branch in particular.
