Dismal service and staff you can't understand. Prescriptions never on time even sometimes over a week still not done. I have problems with mobility and cannot keep going up and down a steep hill .Why is your service better during the summer but hopeless during the winter season.Is it you only cater to holiday makers and don't care about the locals having any service.Disgusting service and a complete and utter waste of space..I hope you close down very soon..

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I stupidly left my medication at home when we came on holiday to Perranporth. My doctors surgery back home gave me very mixed and confusing advice.The staff here helped me through every step and nothing I asked was a bother to them, even thought they were very busy. Thank you and sorry, as it was my own stupid fault

Waited outside til 7 past 9am whilst being able to see 4 staff thru the windows chatting, and they clearly saw us. There were at least 5 people waiting for the doors to open, and then it took til 9.15 for 4 staff to serve 2 people with prescriptions, and finally myself with an over the counter product. Disgraceful service and SO slow, even though an adequate number of staff...

Not necessarily faulting the staff but this pharmacy is the slowest I've been to - 40 minutes wait in a 3 person queue just to ask for the prescription to be filled and 20 min. to actually get half of it (had to return the next day to pick up the missing item and wait for a further 30 min.). The staff are harassed and sulky because customers complain about this. Boots is closing 400 stores. This is not for lack of customers, they are cutting corners by not staffing outlets, to maximise profits / dividends. The slow service means low turnover implying the shop is not profitable. So their accountants and shareholders demand cost cutting. A self-fulfilling downward cycle. From a business created as a public service. No more is it. I'd predict that management will shortly file for bankruptcy while pocketing £multimillion severence payouts. Another great high street institution needlessly bites the dust.

Hinna was absolutely exceptional. She treated me with care and respect and was extremely empathetic to helping me solve a very sensitive female issue. I am very grateful for her help and support and I am very thankful for such wonderful service, thank you again Hinna, you are exceptional.

5 stars for effort. Unfortunately, with a lack of staff they are struggling with demand, hence the early closing. It would be good to put a note on their website explaining this to avoid disappointment.I've thought for a while that they need a staff member dedicated to man the boots side of things; another for repeat prescription pick ups that have already been checked by the pharmacist and two members of staff dealing with walk in prescriptions. I think this would make a better system and be more efficient and effective..also, offering a better rate of pay might inspire more people to apply for the vacant positions. Just helpful advice (hopefully)

Called in to boots at 5.56pm. Already closed up, even though the opening hours say 6pm closing. Poor customer service.

This chemist does not open when it says it does online. Never answers the phone and being a local you do not get served. There is no parking and I?ve tried 3x to get my prescription and still no luck! I have now changed GPS and chemist as Perranporth is a shambles, even for us locals!

The most horrible service eny were I dread haveing to go in there for my medication once a month. You can not get much ypu went for.They wood rather go to make coffee and serve there customers.
