Awful customer service! Wouldn't recommend to anyone ordered a bed waited the recommend time to be told on the delivery date that they had no bed base, had to wait another week for it to come was given no advice when purchasing about the different size headboards the sales person was very pushy to get the sale to then come to find it was too big to come up our stairs manger said we were going to get a refund to then go back on her word and get less not happy at all will never shop with them again!

Had the pleasure of buying a mattress off Steve, he is a lovely guy and could honestly sell a fork and I?d be convinced it was a brilliant fork. He made us feel very welcome and he was very friendly we didn?t feel pressured to buy anything, he was really helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to take the mattress home the same day ?

Our mattress was due to be delivered on Tuesday 18th Oct nothing arrived we rang the showroom they checked and said delivery had been changed to the 20th. We had no email to tell us and no mattress as we had disposed of our. Text message on the 20th to say they were coming between 9.01-11.01am which they did. The older of the 2 men was very abrupt. They got the mattress on the bed and he was leaving I said could you remove the wrapping for me please he said "we don't do that" and walked out. The younger man smiled and asked me to sign. After being mucked around with the delivery his attitude left me extremely unhappy. Awful service

Spent over £1500 in store only for one item to be delivered. Spent nearly an hour trying to get through to customer service only to be told that if I wished to cancel my order I had to contact the store. Order was cancelled and went somewhere else that can deliver the goods on the day agreed. Gordon was a nice chap but let down by the delivery system.

Bensons for Beds were brilliant. They kept me in constant contact via text messages. The Delivery drivers were lovely, friendly & very helpful especially as the recipient was almost 90 years old. They made sure we were happy with everything before they left.

Appalling Customer Service and I am still waiting for my mattress to be delivered? it was due on 18.03.2022, I received the text to say delivery between 7am -1pm so took the day off work but at 8.59am I received a text saying it was going to be delivered on the 01.04.2022 ? I wasn?t happy but it is impossible to contact their customer service, in the end I rang the Camborne shop where I made the purchase (the one star I have given is for the Camborne shop staff who have tried to be helpful) they went on the system and confirmed the delivery had now been changed to 01.04.2022 because they had lost my order ? I complained that I should have been informed of the change before the time of the confirmed delivery slot. They made a note on their system and about 3 hours later I was phoned by a member of staff who was an ?apologiser? interesting that such a role is needed ? they must get a high number of complaints. She offered me compensation but you have to phone Customer Services for them to authorise it back to your card, and you have to wait until after your delivery has been received. So yesterday was the 01.04.2022, I once again received the text confirming the delivery between 7am - 1pm, I once again the took the day off and eagerly awaited my new mattress ? the delivery time slot past and I allowed some grace as I am a reasonable person ? I tried phoning customer services many times but couldn?t get higher than 59 in the queue? today in desperation I have been phoning the Camborne store who haven?t answered ? what is going on? Where is my mattress ? Bensons you were happy to take over £1,000 from my account on the 23rd February ? it is now 2nd April and I still do not have my mattress ? and worse than that you have not communicated with me and let me know what is happening and you have a dreadful system (one can only surmise that there are a great many people complaining) where it is impossible for your customers to contact you. I think this is a rude and disrespectful way to treat customers, it is inefficient and unprofessional. This has become an utterly stressful and frustrating scenario. You just cannot treat people in this manner. I am asking here for a senior member of staff to speak to me on the phone asap ? I?m not interested in apologies and excuses, I?ve heard all those? I just want my mattress delivered asap. I certainly won?t be recommending you to anyone after this.

Terrible. Ordered on the 06-11-21 It was meant to be guaranteed before Christmas, ended up being delivered on the 17-01-22!! Missing bolts had to use another bolt from the headboard to put the divan together!! Also pillow that were ordered weren?t in the delivery so had to wait until the 21-01-22 for them to be delivered!! Really disappointed especially for the price!!!!
