Not sure what's going on with Carn to Coast lately. You call and your advised to use the online service. You go on the online service it's sometimes not available. When it is available you fill it out as I did Monday and still not heard back. My partner has just registered with them as I recommend how good they were previously.... read full comment

Lack of communication. You use the NHS app, allow extra time for prescriptions as they advise you to. Follow their advice, and the service is still poor.
