When my late hubby was going through chemo and Jane delivered they were great but now 5 years later my new partner needs a repeat prescription every 2 months and for the last 3 times I?ve ordered but when I?ve gone to collect it?s been oh it?s not come through I?ll email the surgery again and the last time time this happened I?d rang them 2 days before I went to pick it up to check it was there and been told it was ready but when I got there it hadn?t even been ordered so I?ve now wasted time and money paying for the car park each time . So am changing to Superdrug which is literally 30 seconds away

First rate service, a caring staff and prompt attention to prescriptions makes this the chemist of choice. Their cramped conditions make it very difficult for the staff but they do their very best

Fantastic pharmacy, staff go above and beyond. I have used them for years for my repeat prescriptions and never had any issues. They are extremely overworked but always serve me with a smile

I am impressed at how well they are doing under the strain they are and have been under. For a small place they do a BIG job and I can not fault the friendly service. I thank them for pushing on through the hard times. Thank you ?

This pharmacy shouldn't be allowed to operate. Absolutely useless. I waited 7 days for my heart tablets to be delivered only to be told that they no longer deliver. And of course no one informed me of this. How was I to know.I had to go to the shop because it was impossible to get though on the telephone. And guess what there was no one serving. Five people scurrying around at the back of the shop with three customers being totally ignored. Each and every time my wife has been to the shop she says this is normal. The way this company operates shows that they wont be in business much longer at this rate. My wife and I have now decided to order our repeat prescriptions on line (which I have been told) is a much better service. The lady in the shop says I should have more patience and understanding. Patience and understanding does not deliver my heart tablets on a regular basis. Please 'steer' clear of this pharmacy.

DO NOT GO HERE! I've had to deal with this for 2 years, don't make the same mistake!(Repost with my partner, both of us have been affected by this)I have been using this pharmacy frequently for my psychotic prescriptions to keep me mentally stable due to difficulties. The doctors at my surgery are a pleasure to speak with and to begin the prescription was comfortable with them, but from then on it became a nightmare.I rarely get my prescriptions delivered and I often have to go there myself to collect them over 2 years of excuses and bad attitude- a day after the delivery date, I had to change an entire day of obligations and plans to collect them and am sick and tired of it; eventually, I decided I understood that they had difficulties with drivers- surely!Thus, I decided to use my time and send in a job application and spoke to them myself to offer my services and become a driver for the pharmacy to help those in need (which, might I add, I would make barely any money from). The lady at the desk said we will get a callback and they'll more than likely get us in due to their need for drivers- I never got a callback. I went in to question, and I got told that they weren't hiring any more drivers, yet deliveries weren't being made on time (sometimes, not at all!) and they hadn't hired ANYONE- meaning they have put patients at risk of not getting the medication they need; people, may I remind you, who have difficult lives enough without needing to be put at a disadvantage because of irresponsible and unattentive staff (not speaking about all of you, some you are lovely.)So, you'd think with such a large complaint, speaking to the manager would result in a good customer service response and reasonable excuses with a way to fix it? So would I, unfortunately, I got put with a rude, nasty, and voice-raising manager who made poor excuses and gave me a DAY's medication a day too late! (May I note, that I was supposed to receive a week's medication so I will have to go back again tomorrow to rectify their mistakes for their poor planning.) I've received better customer service and support from McDonald's.
