“Mechanics managed the impossible given I'd arrived by tow truck with a flat tyre and I'd forgotten my locking wheel nut key. This meant it could have cost me approx £350 to sort out. Thankfully one of the mechanics was able to remove the wheel nut and change the tyre. They were even able to replace the bolt with a spare they found. I was so lucky and I felt like I definitely picked the right garage for this emergency!!Additionally I felt I was treated with respect (which I find is sadly rare, especially for circumstances like this one). And I was especially grateful for how hard they worked to fit me in given how many customers they had that day.They saved my holiday! Thank you :)”
