The worst service ever! Never have I had to wait so long in a very long queue. Waited nearly an hour then told it wasn?t ready. Prescription was sent the night before. What on earth is going on!? The poor girl serving was run ragged trying to find prescriptions. Nearly all in the queue were told to come back later. You really need to sort this out Asda!

Appalling service from the female Pharmacist yesterday evening. The lady who served me at the counter was very pleasant and trying to be helpful after I enquired if an over the counter medication was the same strength as I usually buy off the shelf instore. I mentioned it was recommended to be continued by a Colorectal Consultant Surgeon at Derriford I am currently under. The Pharmacist came out stating they couldn't sell it to me as the surgeon should be prescribing it! I told her that was not the case. I actually have a letter stating to continue with the medication regime I currently cccpurchase myself. Absolutely outrageous that a Pharmacist should be stating what a Surgeon should be doing! I shall be raising a complaint with the General Pharmacutical Council

Ridiculous pharmacy wanted a simple pack of sleep aid which I take every now and then maybe once a week at most and they refused. I'm 55 on no medication. They also recently refused me getting some pain killers for a migraine. The pharmacist thinks she's god. Ridiculous set up, never ever have I witnessed anything like it.

Went here for help on Monday and the pharmacist couldn't be bothered to see me, just told the cashier they couldn't help and I'd need to see a Dr. My boyfriend wasn't surprised and said they're well known for being rubbish. So we went to BOOTS Pharmacy in town - who saw us and successfully helped me without a problem.Lovely cashier, useless pharmacist. Avoid this pharmacy and go to Boots or Day Lewis in White River Place.

The team are always friendly and helpful. It amazes me how much abuse can be given to them over things that are totally out of their control. And after reading some of the other reviews I would say the people working hard behind the scenes need to be behind the scenes otherwise if they were all at the front handling the queues who would be making up our prescriptions?? I think they do a great job!!

Always a poor service. Never enough staff working. I honestly dread collecting my prescription from here. One time I was in the queue for about 40 minutes. 4pm then came and they told everyone to leave because they were closed. To say I was fuming is an understatement.

There needs to be better management ! 30 mins in the Queue whilst 1 person is waiting for something ! .. set them to one side while they wait .. serve them next ! Come on it?s not rocket science ! Why 4 people out the back and 1 out front with at least 10 people waiting ?!! Management needs addressing ! Urgently it is a constant disaster that could so easily be sorted with better organisation .. when you do get speak to someone after almost losing the will to live .. the general staff are lovely . Remember .. the people in the queue are not well .. 30 mins plus to wait is unacceptably

Asda and pharmacy work very well together, waiting for prescription for 20-30min in the queue again 5-10 min after you spent fortune on shopping. Proper business!

Extremely rude condescending man on the pharmacy yesterday. He was discriminative against the fact that I am slightly deaf in my left ear and accused me of raising my voice which I didn't. I could not hear him and certainly did not mean to cause offence. I have never felt so humiliated in my life and will never use this appealing store again. He also lied to the customer services about how the situation arose when I complained then hid behind the fixtures.

Simply the poorest service I think I have ever experienced anywhere and I have travelled in France. There is usually a queue of at least 10 people when I go to collect my wife's prescription, so today when there were only 5 in front of me I thought my luck was in! How wrong I was...My wife's prescription had been with the pharmacy for at least 14 days and to my delight it was both ready and complete. However, on this occasion, I was also expecting to collect a prescription for myself, which had also been with the pharmacy for 14 days. I was told "Sorry darlin', only part of the item is ready" and that it would take 15 minutes to complete. I said I have some shopping to do and asked if I needed to queue again to collect my medication. No, I did not have to queue again, just stand in the front of the pharmacy and I will be called. My shopping took around 20 minutes and so I thought that being more than 15 minutes would be plenty of time for my collection to be ready. I returned to the pharmacy and stood waiting patiently for a further 30 minutes to no avail. The pharmacy queue was now 18 people long and five people waiting with me in the "collection area", none of whom were called whilst I was there.I got talking to a fellow customer and it turns out she had been told nearly the same thing, "come back in 20 minutes" and she had been waiting 1 1/2 hours! Two of my fellow customers gave up and walked out. I took their example and left. I said goodbye to the dear lady to whom I had been talking and said I will try to collect my prescription another day to which she said "I'll still be here. See you then."What a simply pitiful service. The operation quite clearly needs some professional management. I noticed some signs on the pharmacy walls talking about their service, but by then I had lost the will to live and didn't bother to read the detail.I am now at home with a large malt and feeling much happier despite having lost 50 minutes of life which I can never get back.
