The products are good but there seems to be a culture of treating people that walk into shop with some distain. Even simple requests are met as though customers have annoyed them on arrival. Sorry but I have been there 4 times and at least 3 times staff have been a bit difficult.

Can't recommend them highly enough, very competitive on price and customer service second to none, a very big thank you to Dave Cooper, who sorted out an issue I had with one of the panels, can't thank him enough, shame other companies don't take customer service as seriously?
