Very often not giving me all the items on the prescription, and arguing that point. Have left me without very important heart medication. Can be quite rude and disrespectful.

Amateurs. Wife turned up for flu jab booked weeks in advance only to be told they had no vaccines suitable. No warning. Cheekily the pharmacy when I called them then tried to shift blame to my wife as I mentioned that she hadn't been well.. them suggesting 'well she wouldn't have been eligible anyway then'. First and last time used.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used, everyone in here is useless, tell me to talk to my dr when everywhere says talk to my pharmacist, including dr receptionist,they haven't got a clue, then theirs the cleanliness which is disgusting, black and I mean black grimey hand marks all over the door on the inside where your supposed to push the door to leave, obviously a build up of dirt and grime from peoples hands, that's disgusting and atleast a few months since it's been cleaned, absolutely atrocious, no wonder the NHS is under sp much strain when idiots in a pharmacy can't do their job and aid in spreading disgusting germs

I have been trying to ring all afternoon to find out if my blister packIs done after a mistake by st Austell Healthcare who didn?t send it to the pharmacy.I know you?re probably short staffed but I just needed someone to pick the phone up.I?m going without medication tonight and tomorrow morning.I had someone that would bring me back in but only if we knew it was ready.Usually I?m full of praise for you all but I?m disappointed.

Normally okay and smooth service but whenever you call up to talk to someone or even ask a question they talk to you like you're not human. I suffer really badly with anxiety and its got to the point even thinking of calling them sets it off.

Friendly local pharmacy, one of my medicines has stock problems everywhere they kept me up to date and got it resolved quickly, no need to get delivered use the local pharmacy so much easier and supports local business.

After months of suffering dismal slow service at both asda and boots l took my prescription to these guys.Fast friendly service from day one.I now have my prescriptions sent to them and l get a text, usually within a couple of days of submitting my request to my surgery, confirming it is ready to collect.They're knowledgeable, friendly and helpfulExcellent, highly recommended

My carer put in request for my prescription on the 17/12/2021. I have a controlled drug. I make sure I give them enough time so I mark my tablets and leave them 10days. It's now 29/12/2021 I'm in agony , my carer went to the chemist to see if it was "in", no it wasn't. Rang the "hub" they told me it had gone to the chemists on 24/12/2021. So, now I'm in agony, withdrawal symptoms . And as for contacting them on the phone , don't hold your breath . As a retired lawyer I find it totally unacceptable , if this happened to me I dread to think what other people are going through. Very, poor service, I accept there maybe a "skeleton" staff, but still unacceptable.

Usually a very good service, medication delivered to my elderly housebound Mum has been mostly good. However I've tried calling a few times and today I've been redialing for over 30 mins and still no answer. This happened a couple of weeks ago and I'd made 48 calls throughout the day and no one answered then. Very frustrating. . I need to find out why my Mums meds have not been delivered. Just please answer your phone. Mum now without medication ?I understand they are busy, under a lot of pressure but someone should at least be able to answer the phone to enable us to sort out these situations. Disappointed.

Trying to contact them by phone to check on Prescriptions etc is akin to contacting the man in the moon , it doesn?t even have the ringing tone , straight to the recorded message ? all lines are busy , please ring back later ? so I did for a 5 hours span ! still the same message . There must be some way of contacting them for a 2 minute call to check prescriptions , they must be exceptionally busy or am I just unlucky .
