I?ve had two fantastic experiences with this store in the last month or so. Fantastic advice, great service and fair prices. The shop has a really wide selection and the staff are all very knowledgeable about the products. The people who delivered and installed my dishwasher this week were brilliant. Thanks everyone.

Noticed tv stand bought last year was ?bowing? in the centre. Called in the st austell store and informed them of the situation. Was informed that it was out of warranty but they would send someone to take a photo and report back.. This was on a Friday afternoon, following Monday a visit and photo taken. Two hours later I received a call from ?Steve?, stating that they would replace it even though it was out of warranty. By Wednesday afternoon a new stand had been delivered and the old one taken away. All completed in five days, (including the weekend).Top class service..Thank you.

Dreadful customer service, once upon a time had a good reputation but stories circulating of very poor customer experience . They have adopted the policy of once they have your hard earned money aftercare is non existant. Will never buy from them again as will others who have shared their experiences of the poor service and substandard electrical appliances.Never thought I would ever say this but better of at Currys where at least they co operate to resolve problems.No doubt if Woolacotts reply to this they will spout how unfair and unfounded butall is true they just dont want to admit to their miserable failings. If ever there was a reason to buy on line this is one good reason.

1st class service ?I got home late from work on Thursday to find my fridge freezer had died - most probably from the day before as things were already defrosting.I called the St Austell branch first thing yesterday morning to which Richard answered, listened to my predicament and set straight to work, running back and forth to the floor with descriptions and options of what was in stock and available now.Fridge freezer decided upon and purchased, Richard then arranged for it to be delivered to me that very afternoon- amazing service as I knew they were super busy!Colin and Owen turned up at 4pm, carried it in, installed and took my old one away.I will most definitely be using Woolacotts again in the future, thank you so much!

Such a shame. I?ve been very happy with the store and the customer service for a long time being local customers.Recently purchased a TV and was given a date that it would arrive. It didn?t arrive and we were told that they wouldn?t know when it was going to turn up, which apparently is always the case with TVs, especially Panasonic?My issue is that if we were told this in the first place we could?ve made a choice, but we were categorically told that it would arrive on a specific day a week after the purchase. This is not the case.In my opinion, this is an underhanded salesman technique and we won?t be going back. Trust is an essential part of customer service and you?ve let us down. Will be going elsewhere i.e. online!!
