The only company that charges you pay pal fees for refund on order that was not even shipped yet only because I have paid using Paypal.I do not know how other tools seling companies menage not to charge refund fees when you pay by Paypal if they have been charged fees .Make sure you read the terms and conditions before you place your orders so you know where you are with all this if you are paying by Paypal.Would deffenetly not use again

I ordered a systainer from them, which arrived damaged, which I appreciate probably wasn?t there fault, it had a small dent in the front a tiny crack in the back, I contacted them and festool sent me a new one, I contacted festool after they replaced and said do I need to send you back the damaged one, and they said no I can keep it or dispose of it, in the meantime west country machinery4wood, did not stop emailing me, even leaving voicemails, claiming I had there stock, and I needed to send it back to them, they even said if I didn?t send it back, at my own expense, they would start a claim against me. After Harassing me for about a month, I forwarded the emails from festool which they didn?t bother to respond too, probably the least professional company I have ever dealt with. Shout to festool thou for the great customer service, I would advise anyone to order from anywhere else, Aless they don?t care about customer service.

Good price, easy check out, and fast delivery, but 0 customer service. Toolbox arrived damaged. The packaging was pristine, not a mark. The tool box was damaged in 3 places, 2 out side and one...... Inside in the midde! All they wanted to do was blame the delivery so they could claim of the delivery company's insurance. It was packed damaged. After several e mails getting know where I gave up. I won't blame the delivery if it wait not them. Wouldn't use them again.

I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying a large heavy machine. They kept in touch from the order to delivery day and even arranged to hold the machine until I had more help my end in final placing. Polite, professional and caring. Tiptop.

I was expecting a shop to walk around in but that didn?t matter.The staff were brilliant, they answered questions and brought items out for me to look at and explained different aspects of the various tools etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and this was just before closing time with no hint of trying to hurry me.Will most definitely be using them again.
