My mum bought a new sofa and we was welcome by the sales lady Jess she took the time to make sure the sofa was right for my mum Jess was very helpful and understanding about any questions we asked her about products and services that DFS provide ? Also i did liked some scatter cushions and jess did advise me there was some on offer around the store and some was on sale and I come take away the same day thanks Jess mum loved the free latte Lol 5 stars from me and my mum ?

Lovely store, friendly staff that don't continually bug you but there when you have questions. I found what I wanted pretty quickly. A pleasant store experience.

One thing I hate is when you walk in the door of a shop and the staff are on you like a tramp on chips.This store lets you walk around, have a look, sit down and then when you would like to talk to a sales person go and ask one. This is the way I like it.Jess was a top notch sales person not pushy at all, had to go threw the normal talk and knew I was not listening at all as I don?t buy anything extra I don?t need. She was not fazed buy this at all and was a pleasure too buy from.If I was going to buy a new sofa Then I will come back here.Thanks.

I cannot rate this store high enough. Not only do you have an extensive range of sofas to try out, and as much time you need to make a decision, you have a great set of staff here who are open, freindly, thoughtful, professional and very knowledgeable about their products and definitely customer focused.They showed to me that what was most important to them was your satisfaction of choice and not just cost driven! I was treated with complete respect and helped after arriving there so stressed out, and left there relaxed and content with my choices. Very positive experience and very impressed with the staffs knowledge and support.

Excellent customer service. We were helped in store by Toby who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel at ease and wasn?t pushy at all. He had a very relaxed approach and gave us plenty of time to make our decision on which sofa we wanted to purchase. Once we decided he gave us all the information we needed and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend a visit and a chat with Toby if you?re looking for a new sofa.

Wanted to return my new corner unit sofa as it doesn?t fit as I?d hoped in my small living room.. I enquired and received a call back from Toby who was obviously unimpressed in his tone of voice that I wished to return it, however he said the manager will call me to discuss my options. The manager called and told me it will cost 20% of the overall cost of the sofa to return it (ouch!) and I was told I?d receive another call back in a couple of days once I?d had time to think about it. I received no such call and I?ve since emailed to tell them I still wish to return it but I?ve had no response whatsoever. The only way to contact the store yourself is via email but they won?t reply, so I?m now stuck with a £2000 sofa to pay off which I daren?t sit on incase they ever do decide to get back to me, and I can?t even cancel the £200 Sofacare policy on top of that because they won?t get back to me about that either! Absolute cowboys! I have a newborn baby and all of this stress and worry about the stupid sofa is the last thing I need!
