An absolute pleasure to be served by such cheerful, friendly and helpful staff makes such a difference, when you don't really know what you need. Not being felt to fell like a person who isn't meant to be there, because they are 'In the trade' made me purchase more and feel like a valued customer. The staff were a credit to the company by the way they didn't make me feel like an unknowledgable fool. Thank You.”

“Amazing shop! We've walked past this shop lots of times and I never realised how big it is. Massive selection of everything over two floors. Their toy department has a large selection for babies to adults, and at great prices too. Big Christmas area and everything hardware. They seem to sell everything!”
