I cannot recommend Clive and the team more highly! If you are looking for a jewellers please read why:I'd been in before looking at options for an engagement ring and decided to revisit with my partner. We spent best part of an hour being taken through all of our options, possibilities and trying on different styles. Clive made it clear he was happy to make any wish a reality, my other half selected a stone that was already set in a ring they had for sale. We also decided on a halo setting and a different type of band from what was available on the day.There was no pressure, he told us to go away, have a coffee and get back to him if we were sure on a decision. Shortly after I was back in putting down a deposit. 8 days later I received a call to say it was ready and I couldn't be be happier with the result.I love the fact that the ring has been handmade to our specification by a local independent jewellers. I would encourage anyone to at least stop in and see what they have to offer!

I am so grateful to everyone at Cathedral Lane Jewellers. I lost my grandmother and she left me her engagement ring and some other jewellery. The ring was badly damaged and the other jewellery was broken and not something that I would wear. I took the items to the team and they discussed what I would like, giving options and advice with compassion and great knowledge. Clive then worked his magic! He is nothing short of a genius! The ring is back to its original beauty and he made me a bangle and cuff which are exquisite - I know it wasn?t an easy task to melt down different items made of different golds and combine them to make something so beautiful. I cannot thank him and his team enough. It means so much to me to be able to wear my Nan?s jewellery, and the whole team made me feel comfortable and special throughout.

My husband found this little gem of a jewelry shop,he needed his watch strap mended,they done both sides for even though it was only one side broken and they were very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.xx

I would like to thank Clive and his team, for the fantastic work on my engagement ring!!! One can only imagine my horror when my engagement ring broke after about 20 years. Luckily I had a second wedding band(new) Clive and myself designed new ring using my diamond and new wedding band. After waiting with anticipation 2.5 weeks later I pick it up, I?m absolutely delighted with the workmanship. Thank you so much!!Very highly recommended

Clive repaired a very precious personal ring, which I was unable to collect, and because of recent issues with Royal mail didn?t really want posted. Clive immediately insisted on delivering it to my door, some 20 miles away?. This really was above and beyond in terms of customer care. Cathedral Jewellers in my view is totally unique in the way they engage on a personal level with their customers. I can?t thank them enough. The repair was also first class!

From start to finish, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They know their craft and give you genuinely helpful advice so you get the best out of your rings. Nothing was too much trouble and they did everything they can to make sure we're happy (including multiple resizes in our case). We had our wedding rings made to custom requirements, and they couldn't be more perfect. After lackluster service from some high street jewellery chains (where my engagement ring was from), we were really impressed with Cathedral Jewellers and would definitely go back again.

I had an a accident and my platinum wedding band was badly damaged. It had a nasty slice in the side and was completely mishapen and scratched. I truly thought it was a right-off. The lovely people at Cathedral Jewellers transformed it, and when I picked it up I was so pleased as it looked like new! They not only repaired the damage but resized and polished the ring , and all for an extremely reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend this company - others in the area were nowhere near as friendly, helpful or honest with their pricing! Thanks so much for the quick, reliable service.

The staff are so friendly, helpful and above all honest. We asked for a ring to be rebuilt and resized and the outcome was stunning (like the lady who will be wearing the ring!).
