Monday 1/4/24. Easter Monday. April Fools day 24 .Rubbish put out Sunday afternoon. Aged 87 .Put all rubbish in strong brabantia bags in the bin.Watched young man look and close lid and they drove away. Without emptying.Next collection due 11/4/24.Reported to emergency number. COMING TOMORROW.

Went to the recycling centre today. Everyone who worked there were really helpful. Easy to use . Very clean and tidy.

Very poor the top councils for recycling all use just one bin. Cornwall use bags and boxes and on a windy day the street is littered with debris and that is because bags being emptied by hand into open sided wagon very poor system. 11 months on and they only get worse

The bin men do not put the lid back on my bin properly after emptying,the result being the lid gets blown onto road and gets driven over ,I have had to buy 3 new bins so far so think it is time to complain ,I was I'll be looking forward to your reply
