Very, very busy, no clean tables, and staff busy and seemed inexperienced. We ended up with a sandwich on our tray (and subsequently table) which wasn't ours, and it was taken and given directly to another customer!!!! Toilets not terribly clean and a long wait as there was only 2.

Popular coffee shop, I always enjoy the products and visiting usually after a visit to the local retail centre in which it is sited , plus it's popular with hospital visitors and students from the college who use the free wifiParking: Restricted parking but free for at least 90 mins.
