Goji Bluetooth headphones good product initially, no problems with battery life charging etc, even pretty good sound etc, but the let down is the material used on the ear cups, this is my second pair of on ear headphones from curry?s, as the first pair went exactly the same way, it?s so annoying to throw away a perfectly working headphone, and to be honest there isn?t going to be a third pair, it is a shame as I really like these headphones for the price point, come on curry?s, let?s re design this material and keep your customers happy I won?t be buying my new headphones from curry?s so it?s a no from me and I?m out.

hideous experience ,purchased a tv ,no after sales care at all ,.used creation finance who messed my account up ,spoke to over a dozen customer service reps who could barely speak english ,couldnt even find my order ,1 month later promised 30 pounds compensation by currys ,have received not a penny or a phone call .been cut of 3 times by web chat because they dont have an answer for my questions ,whole experience has left me frustrated and its still not sorted ,ive bought stuff of them in the past and believe me once theyve made that sale you are history they will either fob you off with the brand maker or the finance company ,if they can find your order,i could go on forever ,.would be better if they sorted out there staff instead of constantly making new stupid wokey adverts .shamefull

Visited the Truro branch last Friday, virtually no staff to ask for assistance and the 2 I did see were already serving I think. I was ignored anyway so I left the store and placed an order on Amazon @!

I have always found Currys to be a good 'go-to' shop, reasonable prices and helpful staff, but unfortunately I've had to drop a couple of rating stars because on my last purchase, which was the display product, the manager refused any sort of discount. This means in the future I'll be reluctant to purchase, or recommend Currys.

Weak range unless you want a tv, phone or a washing machine. No staff interaction at the door or while browsing.

After spending £3000 on 7 new appliances in store. Our tumble drier is damaged upon opening. Turned our new T.v. On for the first time and noticed lots of patches of red pixels in the screen. Phoned curries who wouldn't deal with it as was 3 days over their 28 day return policy reason being house is at end stages of renovation so not living in property. Have had to deal with LG and have somebody come out. T.v was not handled as a new t.v should be, engineer then informs me it's travelling from Cornwall to Plymouth before making its way to Exeter for repair so 3 separate hand overs I dread to think the state this t.v. Will arrive back to us in so will probably be rejected. To think this is a brand new £600 t.v. And we are having to deal with this level of service come on curries sort it out your customer service is shocking to say the least.
