I booked a one week stay, at short notice, at Harbour Lights, One Lusty Glaze, Newquay, Cornwall during September. Requiring an answer to a query over the parking allocation, I phoned Pure Cornwall's office. The assistance I received was both friendly and professional. I was allowed to book our stay over the phone making the process very easy. The information received regarding directions, key access and property details was complete and easy to follow. The property was clean, tidy and was exactly as shown in the brochure photos. All of Pure Cornwall's properties appear to be of a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I am, in fact, already looking to re-book for next year. Thank you Pure Cornwall.

Pure Cornwall service was great - we stayed at Dinas View in Constantine Bay near Padstow which was a perfect location 10 mins from a beautiful beach for our party of two couples with a dog and our little girl. The house was fantastically situated with an upstairs lounge, french windows out to decking with views over the sea. Maddi at Pure Cornwall couldn't have been more helpful with the booking and information - definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time at Ben's Beach House with our two dogs. Only negative was it was difficult to work out whether the beach is dog friendly all day or not, but otherwise what a great house in a smashing village..!The Portreath Arms had a good selection of food and ale. The coastal walks are superb and the sea views from the house are fantastic. We have booked again for February next year.

We stayed in Rozel in St Agnes and it when we arrived it was in an awful state. The floors were muddy, covered in dirt and bits, dead flies and wasps on the floor, a dead slug in the bathroom, pubic hairs in the bed, someone else's pants in the washing machine, disgustingly dirty tables and to top it off an exposed socket with a bag stuffed in it - not great when we have a 15 month old crawling around. As if that wasn't bad enough, Pure Cornwall couldn't have cared less about the issues and have refused to issue any kind of compensation for us having to clean the house when we arrived.A truly awful company that don't care about your stay once they have your money. Avoid them and book elsewhere.

We have just returned from a fantastic week staying at 'Westaway', the property was beyond amazing - the views from every floor gave a panaramic perspective out over the dramatic Atlantic and across the village too. We have been coming to Portreath for many years and this is by far the best house we have ever stayed in.It was very well equipped and has plenty of space..four bedrooms and five bathrooms all beautifully decorated. The bonus of the wet room downstairs affording us the ability to warm up after an hour on the body boards was a real treat and the icing on the cake was the hot tub on the decking with views over the beach so we could marvel at the spring tide spectacular. The service from Pure Cornwall is faultless-we have used other agencies in the past but since finding Pure Cornwall we don't book anywhere else, they go above and beyond to make every effort to ensure each of their properties are up to their high standards and are quick to assist if needs be. Highly recommend their services.

Just returned from our 5th Pure Cornwall holiday and as usual the property was spotlessly clean on arrival and provided a truly luxurious retreat. Customer service throughout the booking process and during our stay was excellent. Will definitely continue to use this company for our visits to this lovely part of the world - the choice of properties and locations is fantastic. Thankyou Pure Cornwall!

We have just returned from a weeks stay in The Old Coach House in Rejerra .I can't praise the place enough it was spotless on arrival with everything we needed and more .There was no shortage of spare towels,or bedding and to much stuff to list in the kitchen even the dish washer which the hubby loved .Even down to board games and books for those rainy days .And it's a perfect base for going out and about and enjoying this lovely area .I will definitely be booking through pure Cornwall again . Because the standard of this property is amazing . And a pub just a short drive away .

I thank Pure Cornwall for a very friendly and professional service when we booked to stay at Westaway in Portreath. The house was very clean and tidy as represented in the photos. We were two couples and the house was perfect for our requirements. We are already looking at next years holiday and would not hesitate to rebook with Pure Cornwall.

Dear Pure Cornwall team,Please find my review,I located this property Copperhouse View using your website with no problem. The website is clear and easy to follow. The key was left within a keysafe and this was easy to locate. The information pack within the property provided all the essential information that we required should we have an issue, plus recommendations for beaches places to stay and eat, along side the instructions for all appliances with the property. The staff who I booked with were lovely, very obliging and offered the courtesy mid way change of sheets and towels as we we staying a fortnight. This was a lovely gesture and one we took advantage of.This property was delightful, cosy and central. It was well furnished to a high standard and had everything you would require for your stay included. The only thing that I could comment upon was the shower, the head could have done with replacing and the cubicle re grouting. However this did not distract from this beautiful apartmentA car park space was also available within the grounds of the property.I would definitely book with Pure Cornwall again this was at least our 5th holiday using this company and we have never been disappointed and would definitely recommend to others.Best Wishes to you all at the Pure Cornwall team. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.Mrs Sarah Halstead.Get Outlook for Android

Terrible customer service, as others have said! We stayed at Teyr Mor Cliff in St Agnes this August, in what was described as a dog-free property and site (due to severe pet allergies) and yet in the next door property there were several dogs staying, which were also allowed to freely run around the shared gardens all week! This completely spoiled our relaxation and enjoyment of our holiday surroundings, constantly on edge. And also made me question whether there had also been pets allowed in the property we stayed in, since the others on site seemed to allow them. In addition the TVs didn?t work and overall cleanliness wasn?t 100%. I emailed Pure Cornwall about the dogs and even sent photos as evidence in case they were unaware of this - but guess what NO reply even after a follow up email from me! Terrible customer service, they?ll take your money and that?s it.Avoid, avoid, avoid.

We received Very poor service from Pure Cornwall. Alarm bells should have rung when they failed to reply to my email PRIOR to the holiday. The holiday home (Waterview House- Penzance)was a huge disappointment and featured the owner loving on site and strangers walking past our kitchen window after paying him a visit.I relayed this to Pure Cornwall but THEY IGNORED MY EMAILSI would certainly avoid them in future - very disappointed.

Brilliant....cant wait to return !?The best holiday home in Cornwall we have experienced in ten years? ?????????? A great cottage in good location with fantastic views over the beach and out to sea. The grounds and the lake are beautifully kept and we parked easily and were able to store our bikes securely in the garden area which was enormous. We loved it and our two dogs Pearl and Poppy (The initial reason we chose this cottage)had a great time too.About a 25 minute walk to St Ives and we would take the coastal train back at night to Carbis Bay. Couple of restaurants near the house too - we ate in La Casita twice and it was very good - best book though !Plenty to do within easy reach of the house. Walk along the beach (Porthkidney dog friendly all year round) and further along the road to Scarlets wine bar which was a delight. In St Ives itself we would highly recommend Porthmeor Beach cafe, Seafood Cafe, Peppers (The take away pizza amazing) and The Halsetown Inn (We had to drive 20 minutes) but worth it.We'd highly recommend Poppy Cottage and would also highlight the professionalism and trustworthiness of the team at Pure Cornwall. We dealt with Tracey when we were booking, she responded almost immediately to any queries and the Pure Cornwall team were also very contactable if required during our stay. They gave us excellent advice / idea's on things to do and the cleaners (John and Kay just lovely people)were very punctual when we arrived and left. If you are looking to stay in this area, you can book this fabulous cottage with confidence and expect the highest standard and presentation.
