This was my first time using Riverside Garage and I wanted to leave them a review because they were fantastic. I booked my car in for an MOT and service and from the very first booking phone call to picking up my finished car they were so friendly and professional and gave brilliant customer service. All the staff I ran into said hello, and directed me where I needed to go. As a woman going into a garage they all just made me feel at ease. Il definitely be using them again when my car needs it. I had to have my BMW 320d MOT'd and unfortunately it needed a complete brake overhaul. Riverside were extremely patient and allowed me to secure my own parts and save myself some money. Unfortunately this took longer than expected but they never complained once and allowed me to leave my car with them. Being disabled this made things much easier for me. Once the parts arrived they had all the work done within a couple of days and the final cost was considerably less than expected. I am really happy with the service provided and will definitely be using them again in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them either. Thank you!Services: Vehicle Inspection
