Great service received for my wife?s Apple Watch 5. Exchange of watch arranged as battery failed after 4 years. Also charging case for air pod pro problem dealt with well. Callum and Lottie excellent and means we don?t have to go to Plymouth for Apple help - it?s available locally in Truro

The staff at this store are always super helpful at helping me sort out any iphone, macbook and ipad problems. Today I had a problem with storage that no one could fathom and once again, I was assisted swiftly and politely. The staff are brilliant! I always purchase any apple products that I need here as I know I can rely on Select's consistent support anytime.

Useless! Booked a slot for battery replacement. Arrived on time following 40 mile round trip.Told the unit would need to be sent away to be done with 1 week turnaround time.

Never made a purchase here, but I've been in several times for advice regarding a fault I had with my iPhone, and each time I've been met by friendly staff who went out of their way to help me (despite me never buying anything). Great Shop

Bought my wife a new ipad and had a nightmare trying to transfer data from her old ipad. She went to Select and they went above and beyond to get it sorted for her. They were understanding, polite, super helpful and got it sorted, couldn't have asked for more. 11/10 highly recommend. Totally satisfied. Apple take note, shame all your Dealers are not as supportive. Send them to SELECT for training. Well done that Team

Very nice helpful young guy, but? made assumptions my digital knowledge was less than his, those assumptions led him to misunderstand my queries. Clearly hasn?t heard of Migration Assistant, for example. After deciding which MacBook Pro 16? (M2 Pro) 2023 we?d buy, he emerged from the stock room declaring they had none!Yep! Select, Truro have no MacBook Pros (M2 Pro) 2023 in stock & will take 2 weeks to order them in. Went home & ordered mine from Apple which arrived the following morning, I?m writing this review on it.Big Fat Fail, Select! (You force me to shop online High Street Traders).

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and I have been a Apple user since the Apple II so have picked up the odd thing about Macs. 3 year warranty on laptops is better than elsewhere. Apple only gives a year and even John Lewis only manages 2 years. Talk to these people if you are thinking of purchasing an Apple product.

Had an issue with my iPhone and was advised to book an appointment. I arrived early and was seen straight away. The chap who assisted me was very courteous and knowledgeable. He ran some tests on my phone and the proceeded to clean the connections.All of the staff were friendly and helpful especially as I had two young children running around who were causing mayhem.Highly recommended.

Uninterested staff, nothing in stock. Hand sanitiser you could paper a wall with it lasts that long. Just a poor retail experience and told to go elsewhere! Which I did and bought via Apple's website.

Fantastic service, had an iPad which I thought I was going to have to replace( I?d tried everything to reset it) the young man who dealt with me was very professional,if needed I will definitely use them again.Great service.

I placed an order via a work salary sacrifice scheme and the end of November, the order was confirmed on 14th December for an iPhone 13 pro max, I?ve emailed the company twice and their response couldn?t be less helpful, I?m now over 6 weeks after the order was confirmed with no new iPhone and no idea if or when they will deliver. What was supposed to be a nice experience has caused nothing but stress.

Awful experience, the staff were not interested in helping with my broken I phone...One particular member of staff I spoke to was ignorant and made me feel uncomfortable. I was told via apple consultant online that I should take my problem into my local store and they would be able to give me help and advice with the problem I had with my phone.When I went into the store I was seen to by a man and explained my situation. From the moment I was in there he was more interested in looking at his Apple Watch notifications than helping me. He was rude and basically told me he couldn?t help me as my phone was 2 weeks out of warranty even though I explained I couldn?t come in any earlier as we have been in a national lockdown due to COVID-19.In conclusion after buying a £600 I phone (12 months ago) I?m left with awful customer service and still a broken phone.
