I had forgotten my bank card but only realised when I went to pay, so the women said she will put the items away however 2 minutes later she found me in the store and had paid for the items herself, an amazing random act of kindness thank you!

A little tight around the shop with shelves but everyone wearing masks and hand sanitizer available. Paid cash at self service machine.

I quite often go in W.H.Smiths to buy magazines, and the Post Office is in the back, so very convenient if you're buying a birthday card for someone.

Waited and waited in the queue to buy a stamp. This is a Saturday morning. Two people behind the counter, with one of them tied-up with a customer for ages, so walked out - won?t be back.Gone to the dogs since Smith?s took over

Same as last time, rammed to the rafters with things you don't need and out of stock of things you want.Instant staff who have no idea

Good shop. Good post office, but post office staff a bit rude.

Much improved, really like the clearance room, & its items. Good idea.

Little bit of pressure to use the self check out but generally really good

Really a shop of the past. Lacking attraction, the only reason to go here is the Post Office.

Small, poor choice and cramped and it's a pain trying to get to the post office at the very end of the shop.
