Having decided that I needed to begin thinking about replacing my trusty Scenic before it got too old, I set about looking for a newer Scenic or Kadjar. Having found several at Arnold Clark, Bristol Street and Evans Halshaw dealers, I came across an advert on Autotrader advertising a Kadjar at a small independent dealer in Barrow in Furness. Knowing already what a Kadjar was like to drive, I kept looking at the car being sold by Matt Johnson Prestige and something about the quality of their website, the stunning photography, their impeccably written adverts and volume of excellent reviews gradually encouraged me to enquire about the car. Buying a car I have never seen before from a dealer I have never heard of, was quite a brave move for me. Initially, Salesman Ben made contact and talked me over the car and answered every question I wanted to know. He also indicated that should I wish drive the 130 miles to buy the car, we would have a nights accommodation paid for to save us driving for 5 hours in one day which is quite an incredible gesture. Having been offered a very good trade in price I agreed to the sale?.again, rather nervously. However, I should not have worried. The car looked and drove like it was new. The valeting team are quite honestly the best I have ever seen and the car was prepared to a simply stunning standard. It was a shame to drive it! Having previously paid a deposit to secure it, I was told if I didn?t like it, the deposit would be refunded there and then, no questions asked. We were offered a lovely coffee in the dealer, the handover was relaxed and both Ben and director Matt are great to deal with - no pressure, which is far nicer than the hard sell. All the cars on the forecourt and in the showroom were of an incredibly high standard and the attention to detail was far better than anything I have seen at a large chain dealership. Matt, Ben, the Valeting Staff and the whole team are a credit to the motor industry and I can't recommend them enough. We will definitely return!

Great service from all concerned at Matt Johnson Prestige. The car was immaculately presented and looked even better than the excellent online photos. The entire handover transaction was handled by Jack on the day in a very professional, but extremely friendly manner. Not a local garage to me, but would be more than happy to do business with them again. Thoroughly recommended.

Bought my partner a car from here today. They did not dissapoint, the whole process is made so easy, start to picking up the car. These guys are perfectionists, and won't let a car out until its absolutely perfect. No pressure sales at all, just helpful guidance if needed. They have some amazing vehicles here, and we are so happy with ours, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely fabulous experience buying my Porsche Cayman from Matt Johnson Prestige and Sportscars. No pressure whatsoever and unrivalled courtesy and professionalism. If it were possible to give Matt and his team ten stars I would without hesitation. I would recommend everyone to talk the team before buying a car. The value for money and service is beyond anything I?ve experienced in 53 years of owning cars. My wife bought a Mercedes GLC. Not only was it the best car we could find countrywide but the process of buying and part exchanging was seamless. . I?ll probably not buy a car from any else!!!!

Above and beyond again from Matt Johnson Prestige , having already bought from them this year Luke was right on it when i asked him to service , prep and deliver a surprise 50th present to Scotland for my wife . A few curve balls over the weekend including snow!!! the car was delivered on time by Nigel . A great team effort from all , and a big thank you to Luke for going out of his way to organise .
