Barrow branch staff are always friendly and helpful, I went to store today to purchase some stain and main order had just come in. A member of staff searched through boxes and boxes of stock to find what I required. ??, thanks.

First visit as calling in the area to collect taps. I drove 40 miles to pick up some taps, service was great. Opens at 9am on Sundays, was impressed by time. We were there 10 mins after opening. Straight in and straight out. Plenty of parking. 1 little comment, didn't appreciate being called lad, by the older member of staff.

Better than the spot next door, always had what I wanted in stock and have also replaced or refunded and faulty power tools without any problem

Sam at the Barrow in Furness store was so helpful and friendly. I wasn't sure which product I needed and she got some of the stock so I could see it at the till before deciding what would be best for the job. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning again. A very happy customer ?

Stood and waited for 10 waiting to be served, one person serving who was busy with a customer , it took 3 attempts of ringing for assistance before someone else turned up (voices could clearly be heard in the back). When I did get served I was done within a minute.

Popped into Tool Station, first time id been into the store and was very impressed. Very helpful staff advised and helped to choose the correct shower. Will definitely return!

I built a log cabin In my garden and had to pop in several times to buy bits, the staff were always extremely professional and friendly and all the items I needed were on the shelf!Can't fault the Toolstation Barrow team at all.
