My friend and I shopped for Christmas cards last week, fairly good selection, got what I was looking for. We laughed for over half an hour at the humorous general cards. Great to have such a laugh, we haven't done that for a long time.

I love the variety of cards and other products that Card Factory has, the staff are always polite and efficient at the check out. However, the store itself is far too small for the demand, on many occasion I have walked in and then straight back out again as you just can't get near anything to see what you want due to the narrow isles. Christmas time is quite frankly a nightmare, which is no fault of the staff. Choose your timing wisely and you may have a more successful trip
