Shocking opening hours for us 9am-5pm Monday-Friday workers, would be helpful to be open for at least a few hours on a Saturday! Not a happy customer!

Called the bank from a mobile phone number that is attached to my online banking profile, to try and retrieve access to my online banking. Gave my name, family home address and landline number. Bank person says my data is not correct. My mother then tells me the bank called our family fixed line number and said suspicious call (my call to them) was received. Bank never called me back to apologise lying to me and treating me as a scammer when I'd given my correct info.

Only my second visit in the last 18 months, mainly due to the reduced operating hours, so I tend to use telephone or Internet banking.I waited for a few minutes as the customer support staff were helping a customer already, so I opened for the counter staff.The lovely lady I saw was brilliant, and between her and a colleague, I was able to get my request resolved without issue.Cash withdrawal and deposit available at the counter or by machine. PIN service available at the cash machine. Fully accessible. Close to bus and train station, disc zone parking located a short walk away too.

Visited Carlisle Branch Monday 26th July, warm friendly wellcome and Service from Lady on Reception desk. Clear concise information.Was able to open account with Lloyds bank without any dramas.

I live overseas but have a Lloydâ??s account which has been made dormant. I am over here on holiday and tried to fix this. Spent hours on the phone to London and jersey and various things other Lloydâ??s international account offices. No one could help.

Poor service had money sent from Malta and was told by the bank I have to provide details of what the payment was for. Provided this then turned away again to be told need proof of entitlement to funds. I went back with invoice as well as email conversations and contact details of the sender. Again turned away. Not allowed my funds for some reason until February. Absolutely disgusted it lloyds. Do not send or recieve money from or to over seas as you will have big problems.

Mark resolved my query very quickly even though Iâ??m not a customer. He didnâ??t try to sell me any of the banks products which was a pleasant surprise.
