Sort of helped me out with a problem, the shop staff, customer services that's another thing totally, not that great when you phone them as they are based in India and can be very hard to understand what they trying to say and also trying to understand what I'm trying to say, me having a Scots accent, not very well recommended

My review is for O2 and not for the shop! In fact, THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL! ...Worst Customer Service ever! Don't go with them! If you phone them with a problem they put you on hold and after half an hour they hang up on you! It's the same always! In Spain , O2 is a great company, shame on UK O2 Customer Service! ... you won't be able to put a complaint! ....BIG FAT 0 for them!

Very disappointed. Been with O2 since the start, due to sales person showing total lack of interest and yawning when speaking to us, we walked out and went down street to a competitor who's salesperson was interested in us and very helpful.

Went in O2 Carlisle to up grade my contract.Went in and was asked my deatails then told to take a seat.There was a member of staff sat with a customer. Two staff stood at the till just chatting. A third member of staff joined them. A good 10 mins later someone came to assist us!The staff went through my details only to advise my contract was on a new system & I could either go to Workington or ring up, but he couldnt do anything.Just a waste of 10 minutes while staff chatted. Not very good customer service.

Incompetent - advisor messed up and I came away with a bill, a headache and no phone.Travelled 90mins to this store as I assumed it would be simpler to upgrade in person than online.The man who served me was friendly but completely incompetent. He gave me lots of options for my new tariff, one which quoted £48 per month with a smartwatch or £49 a month without it - I took the cheaper option even though I didn't want the watch. He had forgotten to see if I could trade-in my device. He then said it was £42 per month and was I still happy to pay an extra £4 per month for the watch!After a long time of typing in silence, eventually he said, "I've made a booboo. I've set it all up for the wrong phone." He said he would have to make a phone call. 20mins later, he tells me my account needs to be reset and I walk away with no phone, no chromebook voucher, and a receipt showing I'd wasted my time.The next day I've checked my account online and the device plan hasn't been cancelled. I'm being billed for a phone I never got. Call customer services to be told the advisor who served me put no notes on my account and they know nothing about it, telling me I need to travel back to the store.I've been an o2 customer since 2006 but I will be changing providers after this.

Been trying every day for a week to contact this store Tried at all times of supposed opening times and nobody ever answers the phone Can't be busy all day especially bang on opening time Landline problem On entering the store the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly so I'll upgrade to 5 star
