“I love new look you can get nice clothes, shoes, holiday wear, underwear, jewellery, bags, belts, hats, dresses and just lots of different items. There's always a sale rack too with various good items. Changing rooms are great and bright. Staff always seem friendly. Theres also kids wear upstairs and plus size clothing. There's a huge lift if you have a pram or wheelchair.”

“Went in today with my grandson and there was this lovely girl on the shoe section. i believe her name was Jasmine, she helped me and my grandson out so much. We had a very clued up conversation for maybe 15 mins of her time but she was the loveliest most clued up person i have spoke to in alot of years. It is nice to see the younger generation with the right attitudes. I did apologise because i know i can ramble and distract her from her work but she was so reassuring and kind. Will definitely be going back to the store just off my experience with one of the staff members.”
