The place closes at 6.30 pm during the week, but you can't get a coffee after 6 because they switch off the coffee machine early 'cos they're lazy.\\n\\nUnhelpful clowns, they should be out of a job.\\n\\nGo to Costa outside for your coffee, and there's a half-decent newsagents just a little bit further in the same direction.

Bought sandwiches and cold drink, asked for a paper cup, told they didn't have any, when I pointed to rows of them by the coffee machine, the assistant said I would have to pay a further 45 pence for it!! - rip off, shame on you WH Smith
