We went here for the coronation. Tea, coffee, cakes and soup all free (with a suggested donation). For someone visiting the area from Liverpool, we were made to feel so welcome and I am very happy to have witnessed such a historical occasion at Lunesdale Hall. An absolute treasure to Kirby Lonsdale.

It is a nice community building that is kept in great condition. It is well used by the local community and they have plenty of activities throughout the year.

Thursday morning up till 12.30 there is a Country Market in the Hall selling home made cakes, crafts, cards and soft furnishings. There is a cafe also. Come along you will be very welcome.

Water was quite low at this time of the year, but still worth a walk for this stunning views. Easy to access crossing a beautiful graveyard which also worth a walk around.
