Can?t fault the service and expertise, from the moment I walked into the showroom until my bathroom was fitted it has been excellent. Great company/people to work with, nothing is too much trouble. Never thought I could have such a lovely bathroom in the limited space I have but was assured from the start it was possible and am so happy with the outcome. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

We agree with all the 5-star reviews and comments that have already been made. Shaun has a great team working for him and they deliver a high-quality service with great attention to detail. We were won over as soon as we went round their showroom and immediately picked on the range we wanted for our bathroom and ensuite. CAD drawings were quickly refined and a trip to the showroom helped with finalising the tiles and accessories. The finished product exceeds our expectations, and we still cannot believe how much it has transformed our house. We have no hesitation on recommending Alexander & Sancto.

I cannot speak highly enough about all at Alexander & Sancto. We worked with them to furnish two bathrooms, and could not have achieved the excellent results without their knowledge, range of high quality products and design advice, and always with that perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. Shaun & Kerrie provided an excellent service for us - they designed the layout of bathrooms on a renovation project we undertook and helped advise on tiling colours, patterns & budgets to match. They were prompt in coming out to visit as and when contractors required help & they went out of their way to ensure deliveries were on time. They have a great selection of stock & were extremely patient whilst going through samples to ensure we ended up with the look we required. Thanks for all your help.

What an experience! I cannot say enough about Alexander and Sancto and our experience. Whilst we had some ideas already, Shaun and Kerry went above and beyond to meet and even exceed our expectations throughout the project. No request was ever to much, solutions were found, suggestions made, outstanding installation team recommended. Total care and attention was taken throughout, culminating in our dream 'spa like' bathroom. Pictures were even displayed in Cumbria Life. We are so proud of our bathroom and its a talking point for visitors. It was an absolute pleasure to work with A&S and we won't even hesitate to contact them again when we get to install our second bathroom. THANK YOU guys x

We?ve been very well looked after by Shaun and Kerrie on the projects they?ve done for us. They?ve done a great job within our budget and were very patient whilst we took time to decide on which of their large selection of tiles to choose from. We also needed some flexibility to work with items we had already purchased and that was easily accommodated. We used another local company for a previous bathroom project but Shaun and Kerrie?s product and customer service are the best we?ve experienced. We wouldn?t hesitate to use them again.

Kerrie and Shaun looked after us so well. I?m so pleased we took the time to get experts to look at our bath and shower plans and helped us with the choices. You spend so much time in these rooms and once you?ve put them in they stay for years. We chose special designs that we really wanted rather than just made do because we knew we?d be looking at them for a long time. They really are a feature of the house now rather than just a functional space. Nothing was too much trouble to give us exactly what we were after and we have been so well looked after since. Anytime our families need a new bathroom we always recommend Alexander and Sancto.

We bought all of our bathrooms and tiles from these guys for our new house. I initially thought there would be no change I could afford to use them but I got a pleasant surprise. Shaun worked with my budget and got us the most amazing bathrooms spending our money wisely to have the best impact where we needed it. Any issues were dealt with swiftly during the build, none of this ?we will have to speak to our supplier carry on?. Couldn?t recommend these guys enough.

The whole experience has been first class. At the outset we had very little idea what we wanted . Although it took several visits and we changed our mind a few times during the planning Shaun and Kerry were extremely patient.
