Tried to get an appointment today for travel vaccines tried three times phoning nobody ever answers the phone so I thought I?d call in personally.Although helpful, no appointment was available for the vaccines in time to travel?I find it unacceptable.Ridiculous that I had to wait until the 17th of October, less than a month before I travel in order to get those injections.So going elsewhere, i?ve got an appointment immediately with a competitor pharmacy Company.The last time I will be using boots for anything.Becoming too successful clearly doesn?t work in favour of the general public

I was in the shop with my mom and baby sister today. She was sleeping in her pram while my mom went to the front till to buy some food for the baby. While she was at the cashier, 3 of the employees, including the lady who was scanning my mom's items, were screaming (not talking) to each other and laughing horribly loud. Of course they woke up my sister because she got scared when heard the screams. Being given it is a pharmacy, i dont understand how they could be like that. Poor customer service from my point of view.
