Initially your assistant carried out the eye tests efficiently and effectively. I was then handed over to an optician who was both enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Overall well pleased.

My appointment was early so it started out well. I was taken in to the testing area and had my pre-testing assessment, which takes about 5-10 minutes. The guy who later tested my eyes was very calming and friendly. The actual eye test was over quite quickly but he explained each and every step thoroughly. My glasses will take about a week to assemble then I go back to have them fine-tuned as regards fit. Excellent service and the number of frame options is fantastic.

Excellent advice and also the explanations of the questions I asked which reassured me that my eyes were in good condition for my age. The first time it was suggested that I get reading glasses aswell as my variefocals to enable me to read books again without eye strain and hopefully stop many of my migranes. No-one else over the last 3 eye tests has suggested this and I'm sure it will help
