Flying visit to Kendal to visit family and the EOL indicator starting going on my watch, rang them up and they fit me in straight away to get a new battery put into my Grand Seiko. No trouble at all and the staff were friendly, highly recommend.

Amazing service, had my ring resized, lovely gentleman said it would be 2 weeks I got it back with in a week. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I?m in love with my ring.

Absolutely exceptional repair service,, clear communication and at a reasonable cost. Have had two recent repairs done - one for my son who needed a complex repair to his watch, and more recently a new glass for my own watch. Both times was given a quote after leaving the watch in and then this was followed up by a phone call when repair complete. Cannot commend highly enough. Thank you Morgan Banks for providing such exceptional service!

Pete advised me to have my bracelet shortened. It was in danger of falling off, I?ve just collected and it looks brand new. Also the 2 Thomas Sabo charms I collected are just perfect. Thanks for the free lollipop too. Oh and the fact that I can always bring Maggie dog in with me.Claire

What a great store. Perfect service, care and help.After a clumsy battery replacement elsewhere...and two other Jewellers telling me the chronograph had been broken on my watch, and could not be fixed without sending it to a specialist...I finally took it into Morgan Banks. They not only fixed it within ten minutes but did so free of charge, even declining my offer of wanting to make some payment. Moral of the story: if you value your watch, take it to a decent jewellery store like Morgan Banks.

Ive been in a number of times - the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Recently they diagnosed a fault on my watch and organised the return of it to the manufacturer as it was covered by guarantee . All with the minimum of fuss - great customer service.

BEWARE !!!Ring was returned to my stepmother with a fracture to the stone after reclawing. This was not initially noticed in-store as she is 77 years old and it is ridiculous to expect her to see such damage without the benefit of a jewellers loupe.The ring was kept in her jewellery box and only noticed the damage after Covid a few months later. We have had to spend several months seeking recompense as this Company refuses to be amicable. They have not kept records of any before and after imagery but instead just refuse to communicate.Be very wary - we are now seeking the assistance of trading standards

My husband took in his thick gold chain which needed a new clasp. He was quoted £45. He picked it up two weeks later - the store did not return the faulty clasp to him. Even though the clasp was broken, the weight of it was 1gm. My husband should have had it returned to him so he could claw some money back by selling the clasp to a scrap gold buyer. Disgusted to be honest! I wonder what happened to the clasp and who collected the money it was worth???!!!
