Great service on Tuesday 16th May 2023! Went in with almost £500 worth of coins and asked if I could pay them into our account. I was expecting either a "no" or "not all of them" but instead got a "yes, no problem"!! All done and dusted in 5 mins, so just wanted to say thank you and leave a 5* review for the brilliant service

Most of the staff here are absolutely lovely, friendly, helpful, patient when needed. But the manager Joanne is so rude, so stern and officious, condescending attitude, inflexible, gives new meaning to the term 'jobsworth'. It's a shame because the rest of the team in the branch go out of there way to be pleasant and obliging.

Very disappointed that I have had a deposit account for 2 years with Nationwide and when I try to go for the deposit account which pays 5% I am told that it expires tomorrow and as I was opening a current account this will take 10 days so I will be out of time. Very disappointed with that service as an existing customer. Also the privacy policy with Yell which is supposed to be optional turns out to be compulsory or it is not accepted

This 5 stars was for the lovely lady did my money transfer today and not fit the other one who made me feel not welcome by berating about being able to transfer money via my phone if I had the app. If I wanted app I would get it. Do you not want face to face customers after all your adds stare we are all about customers. Oh and one other small point why is yours the only bank in kendal not dog friendly. I have been a customer for 30 years ish and would just like to bank as I want to bank.
