He diagnosed the fault really quickly but they couldn’t get me booked in for three weeks. At which point they agreed to stay open late to fix my van for me. “We had a warning light come on while on holiday at the Lakes. A few phone calls and no help until I called Thompsons. Although he was very busy and pre-warned me he would only be able to plug it in and check the codes, he cleared the errors and forced a DPF regen which looks to have cleared up the mess! Not only was he super helpful, he had great chat and his team were super helpful. Minimal charge for the time and saved the trip. Amazing ????”

“Had been to Hope's Garage for a few years. So it was good to pop in . I only put £10 . I was able to use the toilet before heading back to Kirkoswald. I do enjoy looking at the plants that are next to the windows. I have bought quite a few over the last 12 years. So I saw a tiny little plant that need a little encouragement. “Very grateful to Egertons who recovered my Ford Ranger on the 27th Dec from the M6 Motorway at Shap Northbound on a freezing, wet and windy day, i was stood behind the crash barrier for about an hour on a busy day for breakdowns - the driver of the Egertons flat bed truck quickly loaded my truck on to his vehicle and had the cab of his vehicle warmed up for me in moments - as he could see i was freezing !! he then took myself and the vehicle to Penrith and left me at a great location where i could get coffees and use toilet facilities and get warmed up - before the AA technician arrived - Thank you Egertons !!!!!”
