BalentinesThe best garage I have used in Eden. Can?t recommend these guys enough they are brilliant!My van started making a noise on the way home from work. The guys said I could bring it down and let them have a look, despite them being really busy.The chap was very friendly and keen to help. He diagnosed the fault really quickly but they couldn?t get me booked in for three weeks. At which point they agreed to stay open late to fix my van for me. They also gave me the option to fit a quality part or a budget part, I?d never had a garage ask that before and I appreciate them asking.They absolutely went above and beyond for me, they are absolutely brilliant and I will certainly use them again in the future. They are hands down the best garage in the Penrith area that I have used.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Literally the best garage service experience ever!!I broke down on the A1/M just before Scotch Corner on my way to a weekend in the Lakes...I rang @15-20 garages after the AA could not fix the problem and nobody could help until at least the following week which left me faced with being towed all the way home... then these absolute legends said they could fix my vehicle on the Saturday... to add to this they then called me back and said they would lend me a car for the weekend so I could still go on my trip!! Add to that, the tow truck didn't get me to their garage until half nine on a Friday night and they waited for me and even had the courtesy car warm for me!!Absolute Superstars!! Thank you!Chelle XxI would recommend this garage to anyone!! ???

Ballantyne's provided excellent last minute assistance when my clutch failed whilst on holiday with family. Fitted new clutch in less than 24 hours from being towed to garage, working into the evening to get us on the road again. Amazing friendly service.Service: Transmission

I went to these on recommendation as i had my gearbox built by a *specialist* and after 500 miles it failed .I was speaking to a friend and he recommended ballantynes in penrith so i gave them a go.I have to say Jason was very helpful and bent over backwards to help me out he was reasonably priced and kept me updated every step with photos of what the *specialist* had donethank you and i will be back soon for alignment and any other work needed they will be my go to garage cannot recommend them enough
