A bunch of karens. Gossiping about patients' personal formation. They also make false reports. I would personally stay clear of this one. Maybe until the staff have changed.

It was really easy to book online, the testing was done professionally and efficiently. The staff were really nice too. There was a big selection of frames and features, all well explained so it was easy to make choices without sale pressure. Very pleased!

I am requesting a refund of £25 for the additional scan paid for at my eye test appointment.Here is an account of the extremely disappointing eye test:Worst eye test I've experienced. Paid £25 for additional topography scan which was not mentioned at all by the optician. Had to interrupt optician who was taking the next patient in and ask about it. All I got was it was perfect. On top of that, no advice about reading glasses or anti glare for driving- the two areas that I was wanting information on. Counter staff simply pointed to where reading glasses were and didn't bother to talk me through anything.Consequently,, no confidence in the test itself which felt very rushed (I suspect they were behind as my appointment was 25 mins late. No apology and no introduction from optician. In fact not much verbal communication at all. Suffice to say that I shall not be using Boots Opticians again.On the email appointment reminder it says "We want your appointment to be a great experience ".Sadly it wasn't

Excellent service from Steph, she explained everything and very helpful in choosing the right glasses. When i picked up my glasses Steve was very helpful and made sure they were the right fit, adjusted them very professional.
