I broke down on the slip road at jct 39 M6 on my own with my dog! The police arranged Egertons Penrith to recover my VW Transporter. Brilliant service, really helpful and friendly. Got my van going again and gave their advice on what caused the breakdown.Thanks so much for your help!!

Very grateful to Egertons who recovered my Ford Ranger on the 27th Dec from the M6 Motorway at Shap Northbound on a freezing, wet and windy day, i was stood behind the crash barrier for about an hour on a busy day for breakdowns - the driver of the Egertons flat bed truck quickly loaded my truck on to his vehicle and had the cab of his vehicle warmed up for me in moments - as he could see i was freezing !! he then took myself and the vehicle to Penrith and left me at a great location where i could get coffees and use toilet facilities and get warmed up - before the AA technician arrived - Thank you Egertons !!!!!

Eggertons provided me with a recovery service. The gentleman who arrived at the scene went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations. Firstly taking me to a place of safetyr, checking my vehicle, and returning to check if I was safe, while waiting for home recovery. 5 star service. Thank you very much.
